Peter Pan Ticket Refunds
Posted: March 21, 2020
As things have progressed way beyond what we could have imagined just a few days ago, we are still uncertain if, or when, we will be able to reschedule the performances of Peter Pan. With the reality of that, we feel it is best if we begin the process of refunding ticket purchases. If we are able to reschedule the performances, we will make announcements, and tickets can be purchased again at that time. We hope this will help our patrons during this difficult time.
Depending on the manner of which you purchased tickets will determine how your money will be refunded:
- If you purchased through the Seat Yourself website with a credit card, your refund will be processed back to the card you used for the purchase. You do not need to take any action to receive your refund.
- If you purchased through our Box Office using a credit card, your refund will be processed back to the card you used for the purchase. You do not need to take any action to receive your refund.
- If you purchased through our Box Office using cash or check, your refund will be issued by check via postal mail. Plese email your contact information to email@example.com. Include the purchaser’s name, mailing address and a contact phone number.
Several patrons have expressed an interest in donating their ticket purchase to our program. We truly appreciate your support. If you do not wish to receive a refund of your ticket purchase, and would like to donate the funds to the Stissing Theatre Guild, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by Tuesday March 24, stating you wish to donate your purchase, along with your name and contact phone number.
We will begin processing refunds on Wednesday March 25. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at email@example.com. You can also leave a message on the answering machine at the box office (518) 398-1272. Please note, we are not allowed to be at the box office right now, but will check the messages remotely as often as we can.
We truly appreciate all of our patrons who have supported us not only through this difficult time, but through the many years we have been a part of the community. We could not do it without all of you. We hope you all remain safe & healthy, and please follow the guidelines provided by the CDC and local government. Together we can help stop the spread!
PS-We apologize if you receive this email more than once. We are sharing to all of our email lists to reach as many people as possible. Please share with your family or friends who purchased tickets and may not have received this message directly. Thank you.
